Hopefully a sign of the continuing return of confidence as COVID case numbers fall and restrictions are eased. Warwick Martel are very pleased to have been involved in the 4 separate lettings totalling some 100,000 sq ft of Warehouse/Industrial Space.
4 Reliant Close at Chandlers Ford Ind Estate accounts for 40,400 sq ft where acting on behalf of Store Property and Warwick Martel working jointly with LSH, a new lease has completed to Argos (Part of Sainsburys) for this fully rebuilt Distribution facility.
Meanwhile at Fareham as advisors to CooperVision, Warwick Martel has completed a sub-letting of 3 Concorde Way to CCW Services of the 32,600 sq ft Warehouse Building.
Back up the M3 to Winchester where again acting jointly this time with CBRE, Warwick Martel on behalf of Store Property Unit E Bar End Ind Estate has been let to Sentry Self Storage. The 21,000 sq ft detached Building was let on a new 20 year lease unbroken lease.
And to conclude the 100,000 sq ft total, Warwick Martel have let the 6,500 sq ft Unit 205 on Ampress Industrial Estate in Lymington to Hills Prestige of Pennington.
