Back up the M3 to Winchester where again acting jointly this time with CBRE, Warwick Martel on behalf of Store Property Unit E Bar End Ind Estate has been let to Sentry Self Storage. The 21,000 sq ft detached Building was let on a new 20 year lease unbroken lease.
And to conclude the 100,000 sq ft total, Warwick Martel have let the 6,500 sq ft Unit 205 on Ampress Industrial Estate in Lymington to Hills Prestige of Pennington.
